Happy Rone
Happy has been a local business owner for 25 years. Her shop, Jules Enchanting Gifts, is located on Fairfax Street in the heart of downtown Berkeley Springs. She brings her winsome energy, her knowledge of the local economy and her many years of experience working with her neighboring shops to her role as Interim Executive Director. She has worked side-by-side with the Town of Bath and the Chamber on numerous projects such as Apple Butter Festival, Cocoa Crawl, and Small Business Saturday. Happy will be working remotely part time and is available via email anytime.

Hayley Andrews
Hayley has been a resident of Morgan County for 12 years. She has 10 years experience in event planning and restaurant management. Her many years of experience in customer service and office administration and her time spent living and working downtown lend well to her role as Interim Executive Administrator. She will be in the office part time Monday, Thursday and Friday from 8 to 3.
