Key West Virginia Business Tax Deadlines for 2026

C Corporations
- Filing Deadline: April 15, 2026
- Extension Deadline: October 15, 2026

Sales & Use Tax
West Virginia sales tax is 6%. Businesses located within the Town of Bath limits must also collect an additional 1% municipal tax. Both are remitted to the West Virginia State Tax Department.
